HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?

Orders typically take up to 1-4 days to process (custom orders might take 4 to 8 days) before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During the holidays, processing times may take up to 4-5 days. You will receive an email confirming your purchase with the shipping tracking number when your order is shipped out.


HOW LONG UNTIL I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEM?

Pet Supplies and custom items should take between 12-18 business days.
All the rest of the items should take between 2-5 business days to the United States and between 12-18 to the rest of the world. 

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; The delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.



WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products. This means that in case you order a few products you may receive multiple tracking codes. Any missing items will be reshipped to you, free of charge.


I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your spam folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please email our support team at submissions@cheezburger.com



MAY I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER/SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us at submissions@cheezburger.com asap and we will do our best to accommodate that change, but we cannot make any promises. 

If the item(s) has/have already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we cannot make any changes to the order. In that case, you can return the incorrect item to our corporate offices and we will swap it for the correct item.

 

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

 

WHAT’S YOUR FREE SHIPPING POLICY?

We provide FREE SHIPPING to the United States only and all products should not be heavier than 0.899 lb otherwise an extra shipping charge will be added to the order. We can at any moment change our FREE SHIPPING POLICY and modify any conditions through our marketing channels or website.
